Is it strange to find inspiration in The Moomins? I think so.

Anyway, I'm currently taking a break from something I'm working on (which may still crash and burn, so don't necessary except it to appear up here!) I thought I'd continue with my House MD theme as I've been re-watching my DVDs to fill in the occasional spare gap in my days. It's so much easier to draw properly lit photographs of people, don't you think? Maybe I'll work my way through the whole of the main cast... if I can be bothered. Anyway, I'm having a go at Cameron purely because she's beautiful (tangent: what's with this frenzy over Megan Fox?! She is so fake-looking!) and has a nice face to draw. Plus I wanted to practice hair.

I'm trying for a tad more realism than I usually go for (I usually like my drawings to be sketchy and vague), just to see whether I can handle it. Sadly the photograph I'm working off is a bit pixelated, but I'm trying to make the best of it. So far I'm pretty pleased so fingers crossed it'll appear up here in due course!
